SO worth stopping for! They are so nice and inviting. We loved it so much, we went back the next morning! Get "the American"!

This was the perfect way to finish our Santa Fe Food Tour. The chocolate tasting was as much fun as a wine tasting and the staff friendly and informative. After enjoying the myriad of flavors we were given a 3 oz cup of the elixir of our choice as part of our tour. My sister and I sat at a... More

We stopped by here after a long day exploring Santa Fe. I don't know if I will ever be able to eat any other chocolate after tasting something this amazing! The people there were all so friendly and they let us sample anything we wanted. They have wonderful chocolate elixirs which are like hot chocolate with better flavours. The truffles... More

I had heard about Kakawa on previous trips to Santa Fe but had been focused on my workshops. This time I finally made it and what a treat to the taste buds! The drinking chocolates are sublime, and they have several daily. I love the fact that they both have 'sweeter', 72% elixirs for the uninitiated palate but that there... More

What a great place. My wife and I stopped by here while visiting Santa Fe from Dallas. We had read about it on trip advisor and I must say we were just as impressed as everyone else seems to be. We have all been to chocolate shops before but Kakawa takes it to another level with their chocolate drinks. What... More

No matter your specific chocolate preferences, there is a chocolate here for you--and you can sample several before committing yourself. I found those with chiles just wonderful. There is no better break in the day than a good cup of REAL chocolate. Don't miss this delicious spot.

We tried the basil apricot chocolates and washed them down with the Marie Antoinette and the Jeffersonian. The chocolates were out of this world and the staff was very sweet.

Tony Bennett's chocolate house is perfection. Service with a smile and GENUINE. Really glad we stopped here. The quality of chocolate is unparalleled, in my experiences and the drinking elixir of rose almond 100% chocolate, coconut sugar, flowers, nuts, chili and Mexican vanilla was simply amazing! A MUST stop if you are in the area and a fan of such... More

My wife (Mexican) wanted to check this place out during our Santa Fe visit. Quaint little place with indoor and outdoor seating. They allow you to sample the hot chocolates so you get a taste of what they are. These are not your typical hot chocolates. They have concocted some interesting flavors using Mexican chocolate and various spices. We tried... More

While visiting SantaFe with friends we dropped into this chocolate house not know what to expect. Naturally we couldn't try everything, but I bought a sea salt caramel and I thought I was going to die! I don't know if I can ever eat w one again anywhere else. Totally amazing! Don't leave Santa Fe without stopping here.
