The Lensic is an intimate performing arts venue just off the Sante Fe plaza and just perfect for chamber music or a 2-3 person play or dance troop. It dates from 1931.

"The Lensic" is a terrific little gem in the center of Santa Fe. If you have the time, check out their program schedule and try to include a night there.

Attended the performance of principals of the NYC Ballet. At the suggestion of the box office attendant, we selected mid-priced seats in the second row of the mezzanine. Excellent view of the stage! The seats are quite comfortable and there is adequate legroom. And, of course, the performance was great!

We saw a great Aspen Santa Fe Dance performance, Juan Siddi Flamenco Dance Company. The stage and small theatre really made for a great evening, all the seats are stupendous.

I have been to over 2 dozen events at the Lensic, from the Aspen Santa Fe Ballet to a retro movie to a rock concert by electric guitarist Steve Vai. The theater was built in 1931 but has been restored, having a great New Mexico/Spanish interior. With only 800 seats, there really isn't a bad seat. The back of the... More

I ordered tickets to attend the Krishna Das concert. I live in Phoenix, AZ. I drove to Flagstaff to pick up a couple of friends that were also attending and realized in Flagstaff that I had left my tickets in Phoenix. It was late, after hours and I called and left a message at the Lensic Box Office. Lise got... More

Fun impromptu evening with great sounds. The theatre going public in Santa Fe is a varied and warm one. You may certainly purchase tickets online in advance but we were fortunate to catch two tickets from the box office the day of the show. The theatre is off the Plaza within walking distance of a great many things. The architecture... More

We got last minute tickets to a Robert Cray concert at this small, architecturally significant venue. RC and his band were great and the venue suited the performers perfectly.
