Went with friends to see an African singing group and were most entertained. The theatre could not have been more beautiful or comfortable. Parking was right across the street. I would not hesitate to return.

We saw Dave Grusen and Lee Ritenour in a benefit concert for assistance dogs. The music was great -- the first half was mostly classical and the second half jazz. The charity they were benefitting is a wonderful program and we were inspired to begin making monthly donations to them.

We walked over to the Lensic from our hotel and had a very entertaining evening. The acrobats were amazing, and the theater was beautifully restored and comfortable. Nice to have such a great venue so close to where we were staying. The "Ambassador" volunteers were very helpful. The Lensic crowd is interesting for people watching too...a nice eclectic mix of... Be sure to see what's at the Lensic Theater when you are in town. So easy to access with varied and interesting performances. I just happened to be in town when 2 researchers from the Saving Endangered Languages project, with funding from Nat'l Geographic, spoke and showed videos of endangered language hot spots around the world. Highly recommend.

Lensic is a very nice venue in the heart of downtown Santa Fe. I have attended couple of chamber concerts during the festival there.

Beautiful old restored theater - not a bad seat in the house. Catch a performance if you can. Good acoustics and comfortable seats.

Wonderful, homey place to watch a concert. Fantastic! Comfortable seating and you're close to the band. It will make your top viewing list.

The Lensic Performing Arts Center previewed the PBS production of "The Roosevelt's" in early September. I was lucky enough to get a ticket by standing in the lobby and looking forlorn and lost. It was my first, but certainly not my last visit. The Lensic is a beautiful old theater in Santa Fe with a full schedule of theater, music,... More

This year we experienced both sides of the dance menu at Lensic. Seats are priced a bit high, but there is great availability even in season. This is a grand Moorish theatre design that offers good views from most of the orchestra.

The Lensic is an intimate performing arts venue just off the Sante Fe plaza and just perfect for chamber music or a 2-3 person play or dance troop. It dates from 1931.
