This was our first trip to Santa Fe and we thought a tour would provide a good overview of the Santa Fe area. The tour turned out to be everything we wanted and more. We selected The Loretto Line due to their location near the Loretto Chapel. The Loretto Line turned out to be a great choice. We managed to... More

I thought that this was a really good tour giving an overview and history of the town. It went for about an hour and a half and took us through the old plaza area, Canyon Road, residential area, Museum Hill, a stop at the old Santa Fe Trail to view the monument and another brief stop at the New Mexico... A great way to get an overview of Santa Fe in about 1 1/4 hours. Meeting place was clearly marked in the parking lot at Loretto chapel w/ the hours of departure listed as 10 a.m., 12 noon & 2 p.m. (same as the website stated). Our tour did leave about 10 mins. early as the bus was full. There... More

We happened to be close to Loretto Chapel when we saw the advertisement for the Loretto Line Tour. The price is reasonable and we saw lots of Santa Fe that we otherwise would not have seen. The driver/guide was well informed, a good driver, and funny. We learned a lot about the Santa Fe architecture and history of the buildings... More

We were excited about taking this tour. We had wonderful weather (week of Balloon Fiesta in ABQ). We had a tour guide/driver that was very informative, good driver, and had a sense of humor. The tour took about an hour or so and yes, as some other reviewers mentioned, didn't really have a set schedule of when they left (and... More

Had a great tour with a knowledgeable guide. A lot of background to the area history with a little twist towards humor. All in all it is a great first day giving one a look at the city in a brief hour and 15 minutes.

Let me clarify that I cannot rate the Loretto Line tour just that the information I was given which was not correct. I contacted the Loretto Line while planning our trip to the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta (approximately 6 months ago), with the date that we wanted to take the tour. I was told that I did not need reservations and... More

The open air tram route was OK, driving by the most important sightseeing spots but the tour guide's narrative was questionable and somewhat irritating. He repeated some of his facts 8-10 times, some of his history was skewed, and some outright wrong. He interjected his political opinion several times which was very irritating. I'm not interested in a tour guides... More

At the Loretto Chapel - there is a sign saying that the tour leaves from that location on the hour. After waiting with others along the street for 45 minutes we eventually wandered around and found that the tours leave from a parkinmg lot in back. (There was no indication on the sign, nor on their website) - You cannot... More

This was a wonderful hour-long tour emphasizing the infamous Santa Fe art, architecture, culture, and natural scenery. Took us further than I expected and we certainly would not have walked to some of the areas from the Plaza. Lap blankets were a nice touch since we had an unexpected rain and wind storm. Would have liked a little longer pause... More
