Even though it was out of season and only half full, this place was great. The quality of the artists here was really impressive. Tons of unique jewelry and clothes, artwork, sculpture, African art, rugs you name it.

In my three months as a new Santa Fe resident, I have heard many references to the Tesuque Flea Market, pronounced "tuh soo key". All the coverage has been positive. So, the Sunday of Labor Day weekend 2014 I decided to see what all the fuss was about. First, when I think of a flea market, I envision vendors selling... More

If you are in the area, this is worth a stop. We had some time to kill on a Sunday morning and shopped around for an hour or so. Prices were decent and lots to choose from. You could spend very little on some souvenirs or a lot. Vendors very friendly. We bought some jerky from one of the vendors... More

Open F-S-S. Only about half the stalls had vendors. Heirloom quality jewelry stalls mixed in with flea market merchandise (baskets, Mexican pottery and metal work). We found some great buys and learned lots about jewelry making from one copper artist and turquoise collecting from Alex. Definitely worth a stop but sad to see it in obvious decline.

We were in Santa Fe last month for the International Folk Art Market. We were glad we took the time to visit the Tesuque Flea Market. The market is not much to look at and it appears to have been a larger market in the past. However, the vendors were pleasant to visit with, helpful & many offered quality products.... More

The market was empty when we want on a Friday morning. It was so disappointing. There was one stall with Native American jewelry at fair prices but I just could not shop anywhere. I had not been there in years and the change was startling.

The flea market is really an arts and crafts market and for my tastes...it was perfect. I was able to make some connections at the market and like another post indicated, I met "Will" with the antique, vintage, and new native jewelry. I bought from him as his prices were market comparable and he knows what is vending. More importantly,... More

Don't miss Will's exquisite native jewelry. He is a delight to deal with and definitely the best jewelry there. We met Linda this year that had some beautiful finds from Bali where she lives half the year. The mineral fellow is a sweet man and his finds (mostly from Mexican mines) are a great price for beautiful specimens. There is... More

Many vendors, many styles of jewelry, art, baskets, rugs -- you name it and it's at the Market. Vendors are friendly and offer authentic merchandise at discounted prices. I missed the 'spice man' this year, darn it!

I think of a flea market as a place where people sell their excess stuff at relatively cheap prices. This is not like that. Instead it is a collection of stores that operate in warmer weather. Much of the stuff sold is imported craft items. A lot of tourists shop here, so it is not particularly cheap.
