Great seating, sound and big screens. The service is good, the place is clean and the bathrooms show the pride of the manager.

It was my first time at the Majestic Theatre and I cannot wait to return. We saw Wicked there and I really don't think there is a bad seat in the house. No matter where your seat is, you must go up to top and look out over the theatre. Amazing panorama view. A must visit on your trip to... More

The acoustics are amazing no matter where you sit. The ushers are all volunteers and are amazingly friendly and helpful. The ornate interior makes you feel like you should where a ball gown! Loved it!

I love this theatre. Not only can you take in some great shows, the theatre itself is a show. The acoustics are good, seating is comfortable, most views are good, and the theatre is beautiful. An evening at the Majestic is a real treat.

Unfortunately, there are no tours of the theater which is now for live performances. Very good shows almost all the time. It is a beautiful theater and worth seeing a show just to see the interior

No matter what show you see at the Majestic, you will be pleased. It is a small venue so even the farthest seats back are not bad. The only problem in the balcony is the space. If you are remotely tall, there is hardly room to sit.

Saw Wicked the play here in March 2014. The theatre is just amazing in and out. Beautiful artistry everywhere and the painted ceiling is divinely serene. Go see a show here, any show at least once. Only complaint is that the seats are a little cramped, but it's worth it for the experience regardless of what you are there to... More

I just recently found out that the Majestic is the oldest theatre in San Antonio. From street view - a beautiful building, and designated as a National Historic Landmark in 1993.

We were recently in SA to see the Joe Bonamassa concert which was only upstaged by the unbelievable ambience of this theatre. It resembles watching an outdoor concert in venice, rome, or ciena italy with the stars above and the care and detail into the side and overhead stage prompts and statues as well as the artwork on the walls...
