Attended a annual golf show - massive exhibition hall - very modern and well done. Ideal location but parking not cheap - take a taxi or walk! It's easy to get in and out and the catering was even good - you know that's not always the case in exhibition halls! Lots of bathrooms and staff on duty to help... More

Typical convention center during the meeting time...but the night events turn into something special. The convention center outdoor space is terraced and has many different sorts of areas for venues.

You can get lost in this place easy, It is a huge place. Bathrooms were very clean, friendly people to help you to find your way out. Excellent location, close to everything. My hotel was right across from this Convention Center, restaurants, buses, elevators in front of this Convention Center to go to the Riverwalk if you cannot walk long... More

Very very nice facility but not signed well ... Even after a few days , it was still easy to get lost, signage could be better. Bring a map!

The staff was great! The event was small and not well advertised. I only saw it thru Radio Disney's web advertisement. I saw a small written ad in one out of 4 travel magazines in our hotel room - The Westin Riverwalk didn't have it on their Labor Day activities list they gave when we checked in.

Attended a trade show. Facility was well staffed, the concession was decent for lunch, and the temperature inside the building was cool, a huge relief from the 104 heat index outside. Within easy walking distance from many hotels.

I attended a three day conference here. The place is expansive to say the least. It's situated along the river walk and the tower of the Americas is right outside. Also within easy walking distance to the mall and multiple hotels. Only drawback, the wifi is extraordinarily slow.

A convention center is what it is, a place for meetings. But HBGCC is well designed and incorporates a bit of the Riverwalk and wonderful plantings to make it unusually user-friendly.
