If you're looking for a ghost tour, which my husband was, you will be disappointed. However, if you can appreciate the 1 1/2 hr walking tour for the historical information it provides, it will be time and money well-spent. After all, you'll spend lots more going out to eat or to the movies, so this is a relatively inexpensive date. more

We took this "ghost tour" of downtown San Antonio last week led by Martin Leal. I must say we were quite disappointed overall. Guided on a walking tour around the city, the guide is so knowledgable about the history enriched town of San Antonio. He tells more history than scary tales, so don't expect to capture any ghosts on this tour. You'll only learn of the tragedy and triumph of this beautiful city. more
