We went to the Alamodome for the bowl game between TCU and Oregon. Fantastic game, but the facilities needed some updating. The sound system was not very good. The seats were pretty cramped with little room for food and drinks. Speaking of concessions, there could have been more help. Long waits, but the workers and the ushers were at least... More

We were very excited to get to go to the Alamodome for a New Years bowl game. I read the reviews (not very positive) but decided to keep an open mind. Ugh! Very bad experience. The lines for snacks were like nothing I have ever seen. I thought the other reviewers were exaggating, but no. I waited over an hour... More

We got LUCKY when parking. Need better drains for the pooling RAIN. Leaving wasn't so EASY.."signal lights" weren't working. Seats were tight and no place to put your drink. No "ticket holders" for 2016 Alamo Bowl? TCU FANS are PROUD OF OUR BOYS! Bathroom facilities need updating...no purse hangers in some stalls. Screens are TOO TINY (what happened to everything's... The sound system was terrible couldn't hear it, the 2 screens were so small hard to see the replays if they showed them. Bathrooms need to be larger.

We were there for the TCU/Oregon game, January 2016. Outdated facilities, small field screen, tiny monitors throughout the stands, poor sound system--could not hear referee calls, instant playback so blurred you could not discern any detail, long concession lines, no wifi, tiny seats and poor layout of the stands, poor location--had to walk 20 minutes from downtown area, 30 minutes... We were here for the Valero Alamo Bowl, and were not thrilled with the layout of the venue. It is in walking distance of the Riverwalk, but there is not a direct path to get there. The path that goes underneath the highway seems longer than need be, not sure why the city has not looked for a more efficient... More

I just go back from the 2016 Alamo Bowl. TCU came back from 31 down and defeated the Oregon Ducks. One of the best college football games I have attended. Now the bad part, this dome, built in 1993, is now 22 years old and if San Antonio gets an NFL team, this place will not work! The UTSA Roadrunners... More

Nice dome that accommodates about 65,000? Great bowl game. Long lines for food. No taxi in sight for an hour in the rain so please take the shuttle. Def the easiest choice!

No more spurs games here but it's just another stadium. It's large and has a different architecture but that's it. Concerts, monster jam, graduations. Overpriced food with certain events. That's it.

We had a conference at the Alamodome and it was wonderful. The Dome design was good, the wi-fi was strong. The only challenges were the screens inside the dome which were very small to be able to see properly the proceedings and the parking was not enough to accommodate large numbers of people. But otherwise it is a wonderful place.
