took our girls a few years ago and we thoroughly enjoyed watching them play and explore! It's fun for parents too.

Though I know the Museum is moving to a new location and this one is showing its age, we took our 2 1/2 year son here for a few hours and he had a blast climbing, exploring, and playing on the three floors of activities. The volunteers and staff were very friendly and helpful for the most part and the... More

Very disappointed in this location. This may be great for kids 5 and younger but not older than that. Most of the 'attractions' are displays and nothing is really interactive. No art supplies out, no hands on experiences besides kids shopping at the kids HEB market. Water interaction was a shallow tub with water. Lots of displays for kids to... More

As this is the last month in their location, before going to a new location, this activity is great for adults to take their children. Tons of fun and defuses a tremendous amount of youth energy!!

Great place so much to do. The children's mart was so cute and interactive, My daughter especially liked getting a shopping trolley getting items and scanning them through. The whole setup is wonderful. Will definitely visit again on my next trip to Texas.

Once the Children's Museum moves to its new location on Broadway sometime this summer (2015) it will be perfect! The present location is downtown San Antonio on Houston, which is a parking and access nightmare for SanAntonio residents since we lack a good public transportation system outside the downtown area. Visitors in the area hotels will have access to the... More

Location: The children's museum is located in the heart of downtown which is a great thing and a not so great thing. We payed 12 dollars for the parking lot closest to it and my husband and I thought it was a little pricey. But there is street parking if your ok with all the traffic going by. We are... More

Some children's museums are truly nothing special. This is the best one we've been to. Clean, well run, help staff, lots of creative and different things. Only criticism is that the aviation exhibit Ned's a refresh. Otherwise, the kids loved it and didn't want to leave after three hours. That's saying something good.

I took my niece here a few months ago, as well as a few friends tagging along. Every single one of us had a blast here! There is so much to do, play with and look at, that you will lose track of time while in here.

We started our day here cos it opened early. There was literally NO ONE ELSE HERE when we arrived 10 mins after opening! There was plenty to keep a 7yo and 2.5yo busy for 90 minutes or so! Lots of fun!
