We went on the trail past the lighthouse, some bunkers, Pebble Beach, and Waikiki Beach, then we went back to the lighthouse to watch the sunset. It was quiet and beautiful. We think next time we go... More

I love it here! When I lived in this area, this is where I would spend my days off. I would read in the park and just take in the sights, sounds and smells of the area. There is a small "boardwalk" area with arcade type games and ice cream stands. I could watch the boats go in and out... More

We saw this park as part of the trolly tour. It seems to be a trailer park as there were numerous RVs, big and small and lets just say an interesting bunch of people along the small beach.

A hidden part of Salem, this Waikiki beach is sandy, but quite small and cramped. There is reasonable swimming, and it is close to Salem Harbor and water activities such as kayaking. It is somewhat expensive to park, and is one of the few locations where you can camp around Salem, although you do have in-and-out privileges. If you want... More

We don't camp out like many but that's OK. Depending on when you go it can be nice and peaceful or a smidge noisy and kid filled. Go early and during the week if you can or Spring or Fall and you'll have the place largely to yourself. You can walk around and visit the beach or sit and read.... More

While the view looked pretty amazing, the living quarters looked quite tight. If you're into camping in extremely tight quarters, Salem Willows is for you. You're not too far outta town to walk in and see the sights.

Pulled in 1 1/2 hours early. They let us in and told us to pull to the side till our spot was clear. Not a speck of garbage was to be seen anywhere. Right up the block from Historic Salem, MA. Went to shower @ 6:30am and crew was there cleaning bathrooms. Spots could be about 5 feet wider. Only... More

This is a great place to have a wedding, or any other function. Great sea side views, fishing, and it sits next to old fort of Cival War. Even has beach with rest rooms.

This is a nice quiet place to view the water while in Salem. Didn't spend too much time here, but we enjoyed exploring while we were there.
