Lots of jump scares, low on the FX. Worth doing for a rainy afternoon pick-me-up, but I wouldn't line up for it! Ends abruptly and unceremoniously. Still, it was a fun and silly way to pass a few minutes!

We had a really fun time here. Scary but not the scariest. Fun times were had by all when we went here.

I don't understand how this can be rated Salem's only 5 Star Haunted House. We were through it in under five minutes and I think it's kind of pricey. Definitely not scary. Because it's located right on Essex Street, it's the perfect tourist trap. Pass this on up and buy a ticket for the Chambers of Terror instead.

It is too short, not scary and a bit pricy. Expected more. It has a cool lobby. I would definitely skip it and find something better to do.

Of course it was the middle of the day in July, so it was not busy. It took less than 15 minutes to go through it, maybe even 10 minutes. We asked for the scariest option but it was one person that jumped out at us the entire time. It might be better during a busier time with more employees... More

Well I wasn't sure what to expect and I'm glad I didn't expect much. The lobby is fantastic and creepy, but that is about it. I think we were done in under 3 minutes and it wasn't scary at all. Maybe it is because it is the summer and not peak scare season. Won't know because we will not be... More

We visited on a Tuesday in April so there was little wait or crowds which allowed us some one on one time with the owner. He was very friendly and talkative and just added to the experience. As for the haunted house itself it did not disappoint. It took about 5 minutes to go through it and it did a... More

Skip this one; awful, rude staff that will literally SHOVE you out of line and into the attraction and then talk to you like you're an idiot (funny how people who can't follow fire code think their CUSTOMERS are the dumb ones), INCREDIBLY SHORT walk-through with no real scares besides some teenagers making growling noises. Totally unsafe, overcrowding due to... More

I went to this attraction after reading a positive review in a local newspaper. It definitely isn’t worth $9.00 a person and only takes approximately 6 minutes to walk through. Most of the scares come from props rather than real actors.
