This was a good was to see salem. The trolly drove around the whole town even down by the water. I got to see all the areas on where to go and I could even get off in certain spots check them out and a trolly would be back round to get me.

The tour was overpriced and underwhelming. However, it seems to be the only option for a guided bus tour. The only reason I can give it two stars is because the guide was switched out half way and the second guide, a young man, was polite, professional and friendly.... Can't say that for the rest of the staff. The first... More

There is so much history around Salem. My husband and I were looking forward to a great tour of the city with a knowledgable guide. James was ok just not very engaging and sat far away from the tourists.

We've been to Salem many times in the past and this was our first time taking the trolley. We came with another couple and decided it would be interesting to have a guided tour. They break the tour into two sections. First leaves the visitors centers for 20 minutes of driving around town exploring, then comes back to the visitors... More

Such a wonderful way to see Salem and learn about the history of it. I really enjoyed seeing Chestnut Street and hearing the history and how it is being preserved today.

As bus tours go this was OK - the guide was very informative and funny which made up for the rude passengers who were talking over him. If people had listened to what he was saying they wouldn't have had to make stupid inane comments about what they were seeing - soooo frustrating.

My husband and I recently moved to Salem and were excited to hear that Salem residents could use the trolleys free in the off season! We came in to the trolley depot store to ask about this great offer and the AWFUL woman at the counter didn't even bother to look up as she shook her head and sneered at... More

This trolley either passes by or stops at all of Salem's most popular attractions, We used this to start a trip so we could get an idea of where things were located and what order we would do things in to maximize our time. The guide was very knowledgeable and added a lot of humor to the trip and we... More

Visited on 5/1. Took the tour at 10:00, found the tour guide to be very knowledgable, with a sense of humor that was well appreciated. The tour itself is about an hour and touches on everything that is Salem. This tour is not about any one thing; it pretty much covers everything in and around the city. They operate out... More
