We only had 7-8hrs total to look around Salem before leaving. After doing a little research before arriving in Salem we had already decided to use the Salem Trolley to get a descriptive overview of Salem and a little transportation around the area. First off if you know that your short on time and have never been to Salem before... More

By using Salem trolley, you save lots of time and you get a lot of interesting information by the guides, some are very entertaining. The ride is not very long and you can hop off and on at convenient stops. Great way to spend morning or afternoon while stopping for your lunch close to Wharf and do some shopping in... More

Trolley tour around Salem was a good informative starting point and helped give us a lay of the land before we ventured off on our own. Salem was larger than we expected when traveling on foot.

The trolley was great! Excellent way to start your vacation in Salem. You get a tour of Salem with a tour guide pointing out places of interest, good restaurants and fun shops to visit along the way that you might have otherwise missed. It's also a hop on hop off tour so your ticket is good all day.

Overall, this is a great way to get around Salem and get a feel for the layout of the city. I also enjoy the information given on the ride, and I like that you can hop off and on throughout the same day of the ticket purchase. The tour guides do a good job. However, they each have a very... More

My husband, son and I took the evening Tales and Tombstones tour which is a one hour narrated trip around Salem highlighting sites of famous ghost stories. The guide, James, was extremely entertaining as he explained that the historical facts of the stories he told were true but the supernatural was up to us to believe or not. He pointed... More
