The food was great and Sara our waitress was terrific. We ate their for dinner three nights and never had a bad meal. Sara was our regular waitress. She was friendly, outgoing and went out of her way to make us feel at home. My husband bonded with her over Minnesota and their love of the Vikings. Go Seahawks:)

We met Sara on our first night in the hotel and she took special care of us throughout our stay. She even brought a birthday cake for one of our ladies and celebration cupcakes for our team to our room after we won the national tennis tournament. She even tracked our progress online. Sara was a delightful service provider!

We are long time regulars at this spot. We live in Tucson and go up for a late dinner once a week. But the menu (and chefs) changed and it is now just peculiar. Not delicious. Just strange. It's still a wonderful, quiet, comfortable place to sit and talk. But we come away every time disappointed in the food. The... More

I wanted to make special arrangements so earlier in the week I dropped into the Cascade Lounge to see if vegan food could be prepared. I was greeted by Tyler Lapotosky (the Sous Chef), who offered up options right away. He was confident and very professional, so my sense was Tyler was going to make this a special evening, but... We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for a conference & enjoyed coming here each night. Wonderfully made cocktails with excellent service. Option for outdoor dining/drinks under the stars was fabulous.Tim Lawson does a beautiful job running cascade lounge. Would highly recommended.

Met a group there. East 2 West is a fun band. Alisha gave outstanding service, amazing actually. The sliders were great but too much for me. The desserts are awesome.

Just had a wonderful late night dessert and cup of decaf at the Cascade Lounge. I searched the internet for a restaurant that offered my favorite dessert, flourless chocolate cake, and was rewarded with this venue. A flickering fireplace, comfortable seating, candlelight, gentle laughter, quiet background conversations of fellow patrons provided the perfect environment. We really enjoyed the coffee(decaf) recommended... More
