We had a great night remembering the past with Arlo Guthrie and hearing some great music. The Fox Theater is a great facility for those of us needing handicapped access. It's a classic old theater restored to the majesty that was once common in neighborhood theaters. The Fox really knows how to put on a show!

A beautifully refurbished downtown movie theater of old with ongoing special events. Not just movies, but also live acts. Lots of good restaurants in the area - so combine dinner and the Fox. Movie treats and vino available at the theater.

My first visit to the renovated Fox Theater in Tucson. Seating for 1164 guests was cramped, uncomfortable and very confining - seemed appropriate for 1930's era construction. Announcer for the Fox Theater non-profit organization never formally announced either the warm-up performer or the headliner, Boz Skags. Acoustics were unremarkable, at best. After 35 minutes of horrible warm-up act, lights came... More

Amazingly restored theatre. Wonderful acoustics no matter where you sit. I prefer the upstairs area. Bathrooms and bar there are much less crowded then downstairs. Reasonable prices and great artists. You gotta try this place.

April 11-12, 2015 we were celebrating the Fox Theatre's 85th birthday here in Tucson with a free concert on Sat night and then a free showing of the Wizard of Oz on Sunday and were even served birthday cake after the show. This wonderful historic art deco theatre is a true treasure of downtown Tucson. I also remember being to... More

I have been at the remodeled Fox Theater a couple of times. It is a beautifully redone art deco style Theater . Very nice semi intimate setting for live shows, concerts and movies.

Beautiful theater and I watched two nights of Banff Films. If you like adventure sports, these are films to check out when on world tour.

Lovely old theatre, good acoustics and well run by a very dedicated volunteer group. We saw Darlene Love, under the street lamp and James Van Praagh. All excellent shows. Do go when you are in Tucson, they have a terrific variety of entertainment very reasonable priced by today's standards. We need to support these old theatres to keep them open.
