A lovely place to see a show. It has been beautifully restored. We don't mind getting balcony seats as it has its own bar and the sight lines are great. Public parking nearby is easy and inexpensive.

The Fox Theater is one of the few older (and therefore charming) buildings in the architectural wasteland that is Tucson. I attended multiple lectures given at the Fox fall of 2013 and enjoyed seeing the multi-colored frescoes that adorn the ceiling of the theater during that time. I admired the carved wood work, the quaintly squeaking steps that add texture... More

Coming down from Phoenix to see Stephen Stills at this wonderful theatre. Once again it was a treat to be in a real theatre, we only have the Orpheum in Phoenix, which while nice, rarely puts on shows in comparison. The Fox is always a treat and this time was no exception. A point of pride for Tucson no doubt... More

We attended the In The Mood concert in March and it was our first experience at the Fox. It's a nice program and was reasonably well attended, but the hall was not totally full. As previous reviewers have reported, the seats are very much on the small side and the leg room is limited. This won't be a problem for... More

The best concert hall in town by far! Acoustically flawless and recently renovated this is home to the classiest acts that come to town! Smack dead in the center of town surrounded by hip restaurants and a young college crowd it is fascinating to see the mixture of folks young and old swarming around in the formerly barren business district.... One of the most magnificient theathers in the world. Wonderful colorful art deco designed..totally refurbished wonderfully. Historical documents upstairs. Wonderful acoustics for Irish music I can tell you that...even in the cheap seats.

The Fox is a beautifully restored theater. Tuscon citizens should be forever grateful for saving and restoring this historical theater for future generations.

The Fox Theater was restored to it's original Art Deco period. I couldn't stop looking at. From the ceiling to light fixtures, painting of the walls it is a real treasure. We have been their for a concert twice and the acoustics are great, and no support poles block your view. It's small and intimate and the seats are very... More

We stopped in to see a movie. The theater takes you back to the 60's. The seats were old school and the snack bar was basic popcorn, soda and candy. The theather advertised upcoming events like highlighting stars of the past.
