The stable was recommended by our hotel. We're glad they did. Had a great time on the sunset ride. Jeanie was great setting us up and taking us out into Catalina State Park. The views were amazing with wildlife all over the place. The pictures just won't do the views any justice. Hope the memories last...

My daughter and I rode here last week. It is our second ride in Tucson, the first being in Sabino Canyon. This time we rode in the Catalina State Park with Pusch Ridge Stables. Very welcoming and knowledgeable and a good eye on Health and Safety prior to saddling up. Andy, the Wrangler was a great host for the ride... More

We selected the stable based on the proximity of where our hotel was located. It was a typical trail horse ride. Each horse knew there position in line and would follow the horse in front religiously.

My husband and I are "vacation riders" which means we go for a trail ride only on vacation. This stable was recommended by our hotel. It was easy to get a reservation, easy to find, and they care a lot about rider safety. The scenery was nice and our guide was very good. The only thing preventing a top rating... More

Great owner and good trail guide with commentary on the ride. Scenary up in the mountains above Tucson cannot be beat with more mountains towering above you.

My husband and 2 boys took the 2 hr sunset ride with Andy. They said it was the highlight of our stay in Tucson. They got a great feel for the desert, and the sun totally cooperated.

Spent a week in Tucson last October and took the wife horseback riding. This was my wife's first time on a horse. Our Guide was great and made us feel very comfortable riding. Her knowledge of the land was remarkable. My wife and I had a blast

Had a great time out on the trail in Catalina State Park, my wife and I took a 2 hour trail ride and with no other riders so had our guide all to ourselves. The trail took us across different landscapes and several decent changes of elevation. My wife was a novice and I hadn't ridden for 25 years and... More

If you love the outdoors and the scenery of the southwest, there's no better place to enjoy it than on horseback. And for that experience, I continue to count on the great folks at Pusch Ridge Stables. Easy location. Gentle horses. Terrific guides. I've taken guests there at least 6 times and have never been disappointed. Last night we did... More

If you want something different and a Taste of the Old West with Great Scenery, this fills the bill. The horses are gentle, for first riders and children, the trail hand supervises the ride, so you are not on your own, the scenery is wonderful. The rides vary in length and riding helmets are provided.
