In the 1940s and 50s Tucson was home to literally dozens of guest ranches/dude ranches that offered a range of amenities. White Stallion Ranch is one of the few left and they have wonderfully preserved the feeling of the West from that earlier era. Can't say enough good things about it and the True family that runs it: they make... More

WSR is without a doubt one of those places you leave a bit of your heart in. Had a wonderful few days there, surrounded by the most amazing scenery. The ranch is perfect, quiet, relaxing and run by the most fantastic bunch of people. Nothing was too much for them....I forgot my hairbrush and they went out to buy me... More

This place is always top of our list. We return over and over! The horses are good, you get to lope not just always walking head to tail. The food is very good, guarantee you won't go away hungry. However best of all is the staff with Russell at the helm. They treat you like house guests not just customers.... More

This ranch is a large operation, accommodating 75-100 plus guests. The favorable reputation of WS Ranch is such that many guests are from foreign countries (England, Sweden, Germany, Norway, etc). The accomodations are in individual and duplex cabins which are of a luxury category. Daily maid service is provided and excellent. Do not be put off by the relatively large... More

I can't imagine a finer dude ranch anywhere. The setting is rugged and beautifully southwestern. The facilities are attractive and well maintained. The horses are beautiful and well trained. All the staff are competent, friendly and responsive. This is a first-class operation. I took several of my grandkids here for Christmas and everyone had a wonderful time. The cost was... More

We enjoyed going to WS, we decided to do a return trip. The horseback riding was awesome and the scenery beautiful. What a great place to relax and get away from the fast pace of life. Truly an experience you will not regret. It is nice to know that places like this still exist. The food is great and the... More

We booked this trip as a B&B but next time we are going all in. We had a fantastic time at the ranch and had great weather to go with days we were there. The staff is nothing short of accommodating and the facility was fantastic. We did several rides and the wranglers were great. We spent three days here... More

A dude ranch set in the wild west. This beautiful place took me right back to my childhood when we kids all watched cowboy movies. It was a dream come true. The scenery was beautiful, 100 year old cacti, mountain ridges like Panther Peak, sand and sun. The ranch design is very good with suitable artefacts all around. The room... More
