This is one of my daughter's favorite things to do in Tucson. We started going when she was 7 and she still loves it at 11. The museum has a fairy which is hiding in various displays. Stop at the front desk for information on finding the fairy and earning a small reward. Darling gift shop with fairy related items.

I loved this museum. I could spend hours and hours looking at all the details. I can't imagine the hours that went into each of the miniatures. It was a great find that was an unplanned part of the trip.

A very interesting place to spend a few hours. I was already a fan of miniatures before going to the museum so I think that helps a bit. If you are not a fan of miniatures, this museum may convert you. The exhibits range from whimsical, to historical, to a little bit creepy. Quality is anywhere from simplistic to complex... More

I'd say 2.5. I'd heard great things about the place, and when they had a limited time free entry, we went! Boy, if I had to pay to get in, I would have been really disappointed. Made it in and out in about 10 minutes. Lots of doll houses, or other set ups and scenes, but nothing was that out... More

This museum is very interesting to explore all the rooms. There are so many different types of miniature house there is something for everyone. I really enjoyed it. There is even a enchanted room for kids.

This is great little museum. There is something for everyone. The exhibits are placed by category and is very easy to get around. They have special pricing on Thursday as well as senior and military. Very good way to spend an afternoon.

What a treasure! Unique, lovely, a combination of history lesson and exquisite art, plus some campiness on the side, this is a must-visit in Tucson.
