This is an awesome place to take kids! The fee is reasonable at $8 per person 1 and over. We loved the area for kids 4 and under even though older kids wandered in. We were there on a Saturday and expected it to be packed but it wasn't - we spent almost two hours there and it was easy... More

Be prepared to spend some time watching your kids have a blast. Lots of interactive stuff for them to do. Take some drinks and snacks with you if you plan on being there a long time.

My two kids, ages 6 and 2 1/2, had a great time. Very reasonable $8 per person admission. Lots of hands on activities each could do and found fun. Took about 1 1/2 hours, but we didn't do any outside stuff. Admission allows you to come and go with receipt. Street car near by as well as places to eat.... More

Took all my grand kids one afternoon ages 4, 5 and 6 and the have so much fun even though they have been a few times. The keep changing the rooms with different ideas. The front room is now for building things from a giant erector set and big blocks they had lots of fun. There is also the crafts... More

I have taken my 6 year old Granddaughter and her friends to this museum. It is very nice, lots of things for the kids, of all ages, to do and see. It has good parking around the block and is not too expensive. It is right in downtown Tucson, so after the museum you can walk around and get a... More

If you're in Tucson and you have children, don't miss this Museum! Plan at least 3 hours for it, because it is full of different rooms and so many things to do. It is absolutely wonderful! My 5 and 7 year olds ended up spending 5+ hours there, after eating our packed lunch under the trees by the entrance of... More

Took the grandkids here last week when they were visiting from out of state. Was great when we first got there, but then the hords of classes of kids came in. Little to no supervision and it was just chaotic. When they all left, it was again more manageable. Kids liked it, but..... Also the arts and crafts area had... More

I live in Tucson and have taken my Granddaughter to the museum. They have loads of interactive things for the kids to play with. They change things during the year, but mostly it stays the same. You can spend 2 hours there and see most of what they have. Parking is fairly good around the building.

Located downtown, make sure you arrive early because their is absolutely no parking. The musuem is very tiny, my 3 and 4 year old had more than seen the whole place within an hour. Their is some cool things for them to play on, like the police bike. The musuem itself is not educational at all. We did go on... More
