We stumbled across this gallery due to an advertised festival on the street that we saw driving by. Although La Fiesta De Guadalupe was really nice, the gallery and historical architecture are interesting and a fun way to spend some time in Tucson. We were familiar with DeGrazia once we saw the painted children that we have seen on so... More

This was a unique gallery celebrating the life and works of a unique artist. The gallery is located in the house and chapel where De Grazia lived and worked. We enjoyed our visit and the short film which helps you understand the artist. If you have a limited time in Tucson you should choose between the Sonora Desert Museum (which... More

We have been here 3 times and each visit is different because they change out the art so I am never bored. I buy the prints and take them for art quality framing and they grace our home beautifully.

I've live in Tucson for many years and today was the first time I visited the Gallery. Must say I'm kicking myself for not going sooner. It is wonderful, and will be going back soon. Don't miss the treasure.

A lovely display of De Grazia's work in a place built by the artist. It was special to see his original work and even more interesting to see where he spent much of his time. Wonderful gardens filled with beautiful local flora.

The DeGrazia gallery offers a comprehensive look at the work of one of the most prolific artists of the 20th century. Ted DeGrazia was a man of multitude talents and interests -- Native American history and culture, the stories and legends of Mexico, religious mysticism. His iconic work "Los Ninos" for UNICEF that propelled him to international fame is just... More

As a contemporary art lover, I was skeptical about how interesting I would find the De grazia Gallery until I was told by a tourism guide that there was much more to the museum and the man than big eyed aboriginal children. And there is. There are plenty of big eyed children for the aficionados, but lots of neat things... More

De Grazia Gallery in the Sun should be in the top 2 or 3 'must see' attractions in Tucson. There is simply nothing like it in town. Ted de Grazia was unbelievably prolific (thousands of paintings, mosaics, sculptures etc etc etc) over his lifetime, and it is obvious he took enormous joy in his work. He loved what he did... More
