The museum is located inside Johnson & Wales University. We went as a family and spent about 2 hours there on a chilly winter afternoon. The exhibits are well done; eye-catching, interesting and informative. My children's favorite spot was the mini-diner just for kids (although the grown-ups had just as much fun).
