Honestly, I felt like I was in a museum the whole time I was here. I wasn't offered any water or tea, I found it and helped myself after sitting in the lounge area for several minutes. The lounge area was super dark and had no surface area to hold my drink. The nail tech for my mani barely talked-... More

My wife and I had a couples massage here 1 day when staying at the Providence Biltmore. They were good massages, though not out of this world or memorable. Massage therapists were professional and genuinely kind. Though I've had similar massages elsewhere at 1/3 the price of this place. I guess considering they're the only hotel with a spa in... More

Hair was done very nicely although not everyone was happy with it. Makeup nicely done but not as professionally as I would have expected. Probably could have done the same myself.

I have brought my staff to the Biltmore Spa for a Spa Day on 2 occasions. They did not disappoint on either day. The employees at the Spa bent over backwards to keep up comfortable and attended to all our needs, including setting up a table for lunch, providing glasses for our Sangria and giving us a private room (so... Got a facial, was good. Nothing that made it stand out from any other spa that I've been to. The employees are very nice as is the atmosphere. But it would be nice if they invested in robes that were longer than above the knees and thicker than a piece of paper. Honestly, that robe is the reason why I... More

One week in October was announced as a special Spa week. The nearest spa to us was at the Biltmore and I had seven girls be treated for either a facial or a body scrub for $55 (normally advertised at $120). We did have to leave a $22 tip but it was well worth a wonderful experience

The spa staff at the Biltmore were amazing and I think (and was told by many) that I looked like a Princess on my wedding day. I was very nervous going into my practice session before the wedding, but everyone was so great and put me completely at ease. Gabby (hair) and Ling (makeup) are as good as they get.... More

I just went here with a friend, because the Spa had a great deal on Groupon. I got the island pedicure, and my friend had a facial. We were both impressed by the fact that there was free valet parking, so no added stress about where to park. We were led upstairs by elevator and shown the two relaxation areas.... More

We have been 3 times as a couple and for individual services. The spa is immaculate and the staff is super professional. Check their FB page for specials! The location is very nice. There is a huge Starbucks across the lobby to continue your relaxation which has become a staple for us after we leave the spa. Valet is free... More

I got a very good deep tissue massage and exfoliating facial. Prices were what I would expect. But the spa itself was pretty basic. Only amenities offered were water (no fruit - tea - etc). There were no saunas, whirlpools, etc. The staff were very nice. If I were staying at the hotel again - I would use their services... More
