Ready for some grown up time, this is a good place to relax, sample and talk about wine. The prices are good for the unique samplings of Colorado wine.

We went in to try the wine, as it was a rainy afternoon in Estes Park, and our hike was not going to happen in the downpour. They have a tasting, $5 for 5, and it was well worth the time and money. Not only were the wines good, but it was an entertaining and fun time. Our server, Nancy,... More

We ended up stopping here in a whim. They had a sign saying they offer samples so we had to try it. The samples are $5 for 5 different wines. I tired some with my wife and I liked all except for 1 of the wines. By the end, we decided to buy a bottle of the Oso Red wine.... More

Snowy Peaks makes wine there in the basement of the building from grapes sourced from various parts of Colorado. Wine and mead tastings were $5 for 5 tastes. The options included a very broad range of varietals, meads and fruit juices. I tasted the viognier, pinot noir, mourvèdre, cabernet and a cuvee called "Èlevè" which is mostly syrah and petite... This winery offers wine tasting for the adults and cider tasting for the youngsters. Fun for the whole family! Bought 2 bottles of wine and a bottle of cider. Fun times all around.

One of my favorite stops when we go to Estes. Mot only do they have their wines but they have some from other wineries as well. Very friendly, very good!

My friends and I read about the Snowy Peaks Winery in a free hand out we were given when we checked into our cabins. It had a deal for half off the tasting. When we went in to use it we asked if we could used it for the our party of 10 people as we were planning on tasting... More

This wine tasting center has, yes, a little playroom for the kiddos! We enjoyed some great wine and it is such a social kind of event...we easily fell into conversation with fellow "tasters" then the "patio people" all joint together into one big party. Easily the best event we enjoyed in Estes Park. If I could give it six stars,... More

The wine and cheese are great. We go in and buy wine every time we are in Estes Park. Small area for smaller kids which is very nice for parents.

Hard to describe the Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park area as anything but magical. During a recent trip this July we stumbled upon this wonderful venue. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the wine provided the perfect ending to a perfect day. To add ambiance to the adventure, when we parked our car there was a young... More
