Ouch! I personally dealt with the gentleman that wrote this unfair review. That day, with large numbers of customers moving through the lobby, the gentleman chose to make a dramatic statement by loudly berating our staff and myself for not accommodating his vague demands and he never stopped yelling at us long enough to hear the answer he was demanding....
What a great little theater this is! The staff was very friendly - service with a smile. I enjoyed the small town feel of this theater and the "reel" butter on my popcorn (not that fake stuff). The newer theaters in big cities could learn a lot from this well managed theater! more

Recently moved to Estes Park, CO and did not expect a diverse selection of movies in this small town. Have been really pleased and surprised by what this little theater offers: a balance between mainstream crowd pleasers and offbeat adult films (like In Brugges, Expelled).
