Really enjoyed the ride. I had wanted a 3 hr ride but the manager encouraged us to take the 2 hr ride due to our age, weight and level of experience. He said he wanted us to enjoy ourselves and not be too tired out to have fun. Well, he was absolutely right. My behind was talking to me even... More

We had a beautiful mountain ride, saw elk, mule deer, beautiful birds, and had a wonderfully, informative guide in Doc. Our group were adults 50+ and my son age 27 yrs. old. We enjoyed our ride and would recommend the ride to others.

Very good ride and the dinner was not fabulous, but good. My steak had a vein of grizzle running thru it which made it difficult to eat, however, my friends steak was a bit tough but good. I would recommend if you are not fussy about your food.

We went to Sombrero as an extended family. Three adult siblings and three next generation young people from 14-32. We had a variety of experience with horses from medium level to the first time ever for the young teens. It was a great day. The trail guide checked on everyone constantly and made sure everyone was safe and had a... More

This was her first time riding horses and she fell in love with it. Sombrero Ranches was professional and fun. My wife's horse was called Maverick and mine was Roman.... More

Wonderful and knowledgable staff that treated us right at home from the time we stepped out of the car until we got back in after our ride.

We were there over the July 4th weekend so it was pretty busy. We did a 2 hour trail ride and Melissa was our guide. She was very sweet and did a great job telling us about the area. We rode out from the location next to the Estes Park KOA and I wondered beforehand if the scenery would be... More

Had 2 experiences, each one riding with with family, all of whom were first time riders from Europe (most recently with 3 adults and 3 kids aged 10-14), all initially apprehensive and anxious. After the ride, they were all addicted and wanted to do it again! Very efficiently organized ranch, horses seem very well cared for, wranglers seem to obviously... More
