The tram offers some beautiful scenery, and is nice to be able to take a look around from a different perspective. After days of hiking and staying active, the tram was very relaxing. We totally loved feeding the many chipmunks! Be sure to pick up some peanuts in the gift store, and they will eat them right out of your... More

Price wasn't bad 12.00 adults less for kids under 12. Neat rid up and down, but they jam 10 or 11 people in one car. Very cramped. Take an umbrella and a jacket, not kidding. Unpredictable weather. It was sunny when we stood in line for 35 minutes, then started raining as we got on, you have to walk a... More

We took our boys (7 and 10) and we all had a good time. Bought peanuts to feed the chipmunks which was so fun for the kids. Pretty views....after about an hr we were done. Prices a little steep-we spent $40 for the 4 of us.... But overall glad we did it

Tram ride was fun & last about 3 minutes. Beautiful view of mountains & Estes Park. Gift shop was a little ragged. Restaurant was more of a bad concession stand. Staff was very friendly & nice.

We had a great ride up the mountain and fantastic views as we went up and once we got on top. The kids loved feeding the chipmunks, some of which were big enough to be squirrels! The big rocks on top were great for climbing on. Another plus - the tram ride only took about 3 minutes and then we... More

At first glance, the tram looks a little terrifying but when you get in the car and start up the mountain, you get lost in the views and the ride is actually extremely peaceful. When you get up to the top of the mountain there are trails that you can walk and a small shop where you can purchase snacks... More

The ride to the top is quick and fun, although my wife was a bit freaked by the height. My daughter and I loved it. The panoramic views of Estes Park are amazing. The only downside is the cost, it is a bit overpriced in my opinion.

I brought my kids up to feed the chipmunks as we had in the years past, only to find out that the Tram had been closed for a year. Since then, the chipmunks have gotten shy and are somewhat hard to find! In the past, you'd have them crawling all over you to get to the peanuts. This time, we... More

I did not find the website helpful at all in figuring out what this attraction was all about. Here are some of the questions I had incase it helps anyone else: 1) How long is the tram ride? 3 minutes each way. 2) What is at the top? Overlook views, hiking trails, picnic tables, and a gift shop. Not much... More

I did not expect the beautiful views we saw from the top of the tram ride. We spent at least an hour taking pictures, feeding the chipmunks, and just taking in the beauty of the area. Well done.
