It's a municipal golf course but feels like a private club. Elk, mountains, and everyone that works there smiling. Course surface was amazingly good.

Very nice course, surrounded by mountain views.... Hard to focus on golf with all the CO. mountain peaks all around us.

beautiful golf course, good service. Most likely will see Elk lounging waiting for a tee time! Reasonable rates, well cared for

I play this mountain golf course each Tuesday and I am impressed with the staff and the course. They have done a fantastic job getting the course in top shape and had snowy weather in May that was tough on the grass. The staff love this course and it shows. I too share in the love of this course and... More

Yes, yes, I know this course could never be considered as a top golf challenge! But what fun! I've never figured out why my friends and I enjoy playing here so much. I suspect there's several reasons. First of all there's a scenic view in any and every direction. Secondly there are many distinctive holes that are quite different from... More

I have to play this course every time we come to Estes Park. It is a beautiful course that suits any level golfer. Just don't get distracted by the great views of the mountains. And remember ALL putts break toward the creek.

Birds, ducks, antler critters all around us two legged creatures ... where else can we all come together and all enjoy ourselves. A beautiful day plus Lake(s), Mountain(s) to view while traveling the course in our golf cart(s).

We had a family reunion in Estes in mid June and had 14 golfers on a Friday at this course. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful and the "regulars" were very nice. The views are amazing. We had a great time and would definitely play again. The course itself is fair for beginners and for more experienced golfers. We... More

I really don't want to diss my local course, but the grasses had severe winter-kill this year (2013), and as of late June to course is barely playable. If you are planning a QUALITY golf experience when visiting Colorado this summer, you may want to research golf courses an hour or so away on the Front Range - in Fort... More
