Estes Park, Colorado has so many great places to explore. The Mountain Shop is a delight to visit. Personally I lose track of time when visiting. So much to see and the atmosphere is breath taking. Its a slice of heaven on earth. There is never a bad moment

We were debating between Estes and couple of other mountain towns to spend a day, and we picked coming back to Estes specifically to visit this store! All of the prices are good, and the bargain basement is amazing. I bought a black, quarter zip, slim-fitting jacket retailing at $79 for $35 because it was in the basement and there... More

This is always a must when you visit Estes Park. My only complaint is their sizes are limited for women. Women over size 14 like to hike and fish. I don't like to purchase mens wear, I want the same thing smaller women wear, just in my size. A comfortable 16. If you are looking for bargains go to the... More

My son and I have been to Estes Park three times in the past year. Every time we needed anything or had a question, we went to the Estes Park Mountain Shop. We've had various people help us with every visit and each time have received excellent service, information and patience. Not only with us, but hearing the staff interact... More

The little ones get books with instructions on what to look for while driving up the mountain. At the top they meet with a Park Ranger and answer questions ... then they get sworn in as a Jr. Park Ranger with a badge and all ... great fun! Lots of great shopping to remember the trip too! Beautiful area!

Not wanting to spend $1500 a day at a ski resort for 5 people who have never been skiing before - we were told by locals to go to Estes Park Mountain Shop and rent some ski equipment and go to the old ski place at Rocky Mountain National Park. We rented ski's, snow board, clothes, boots and sleds. We... More

My son had a blast coming here to climb the rock wall! The staff was super friendly and more than willing to help my son learn some climbing basics. Renting a hiking backpack was also easy and painless. We enjoyed going to the Estes Park Mountain Shop!

Husband and brother really enjoyed fly fishing trip. Guide was informative, helped them catch some fish, and overall had a good time. It was just the two of them on the trip, which allowed for more personalized attention. The shop was fast in answering any and all questions about the trip beforehand. Very reasonable cost for what we got.

We booked two guided hikes through Rocky Mountain National Park with the Estes Park Mountain Shop. I can't say enough great things about Eddie, our guide, for both days! He was professional, incredibly enthusiastic, flexible and great with our teenage sons. It was so nice to be guided and cared for during the changeable weather and terrain. I highly recommend... Ashlynn was an awesome teacher. Our two kids, 10 and 11, had a great time. My 11 year old has so much fun with the challenge, she did 3 more climbs. Ashlynn was great with them, and a pleasure to talk to. She is super patient and loves to teach the kids!
