Our ride with Cowpoke Corner Corral was above and beyond what we expected, with great views and awesome friendly staff! Our guide Cassie did an excellent job of telling us about and showing us the mountains as well as how to handle our horses over the different types of terrain along the trail. She even gave us some suggestions of... More

Had a great ride at Cowpoke Corner Corral. It was a little bit of a tricky ride but the horses had amazing footing and were experts on the trail. So do trust the horses and listen to the wonderful guides. The views were spectacular and the guides pointed everything out possible and were very well informed about the area and had... More

This was my first visit to Rocky Mountain National Park, and of course one of the best ways was to view the scenery from the back of a horse. The trail was very exciting and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. You can practically see all of Estes Park during the ride even the Stanley Hotel. Even though I was already... More

I took a ride here with my family. My sister and I ride a lot but my parents have never been on a horse in their lives. The staff made sure we all had horses that matched our experience levels and was very good at helping my parents feel comfortable and confident in their abilities. She was very knowledgeable about... Leandra was our guide. She was very knowledgeable about Estes Park. She knew her trails very well. She let you know when challenging parts of the trail were coming up. Beautiful views. We had so much fun, we laughed a lot. The horses are well cared for. The saddles, blankets, bridles were very well maintained and in really good condition.... More

A group of three friends rode in July. We were experienced riders and were impressed with the quality of the horses. They were in excellent physical condition and well mannered and trained. We will be coming back to ride with Jessie and her crew this summer!

We've ridden here a couple of times with friends and young family members. Great guides! Happy horses! This trail is a little more straight up and down, rocky than the National Park Gateway Stables trails but so much fun! The guides are wonderful.

My family and I went on the two hour ride up the mountain. Had I known that the entire ride was almost straight up or straight down, I wouldn't have gone. It had rained before we got there and the trail was narrow, muddy and rutted. The horses were slipping. My husband's horse, in front of me, almost lost his... More

Cowpoke would be my first recommendation to anyone wanting to ride in the Estes Park area. My developmentally disabled, hearing impaired sister has wanted to go on a horseback ride for years. The last time she was on a horse she was 8 years old. She immediately fell off and hasn’t ridden since. So I wanted to break her back... More
