My husband and I love this day spa for massages - we have no interest in trying any other spas in Albuquerque because anytime we have ventured elsewhere, we wished we'd saved our money for Betty's. - The technical quality of massages is consistently good to great; never had a bad experience after many visits. - The therapists are all... I met some highschool friends in Albuquerque for a girls weekend. One of my friends was on a work related trip, and we thought she might like to get a massage after she was done with her business one evening. We all booked massages, and were told that we had access to the sauna and baths before and after our... More

I really needed a short escape and Betty's work perfectly. The women's outdoor whirlpool is clothing optional. The cool drinking water was always was always available. Robes, a comb if you forgot yours, great showers, calm environment. This is a little piece of heaven

As a regular at Betty's I can not say enough about it - the staff is caring, knowledgable and very very good; the relaxing atmosphere and amenities all contribute to a little bit of heaven on an as needed basis.

I had never had a massage before yesterday, and I'm really glad I chose Betty's for my first one. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the facilities were very clean. I treated myself to the 90 minute mini divine head to toe, which included a full body massage, warm oil scalp massage, and a foot massage. I also... More

A neighbor gave me a gift certificate and Betty's was exactly what I needed. A quiet pleasant space where they told me I could hang all day, but I didn't. I drank my tea, had an excellent massage and tried the tubs. The service was excellent. A must if you are in this city.

I love places like Ojo Caliente, Pagosa Springs, and Ten Thousand Waves, so I was delighted to discover Betty's. Although Betty's is not as "natural" feeling as Pagosa or Ojo nor as exquisite as ten thousand waves, it is easier to get to and less expensive. They have lovely private outdoor tubes available and their sauna is great. Where Betty's... More

From the moment you step through the door, Betty's staff aim to please. My only wish is that I had planned more time in order to soak in the hot tub before my massage. So relaxing! I had a great massage from Jenna and Lena's facial took care of a number of skin issues I was experiencing. Their skills and... More

Small spa with outdoor hotub (uncovered so mainly sunny) with shower facility. Great massages and at a fabulous price. Excellent customer service and fantastic staff.

As a professional Spa retreater in ABQ Betty's is one of your best options. I like the ability to soak before treatments, they use great products for body treatments and facials.
