We enjoyed the video of the Balloon Festival. Lots of exhibits on the history of hot air balloons. They have a really nice hands on section with a balloon flight simulator. More

Exhibits are thorough, interesting and hands-on. I didn't plan to visit the museum, but because the Fiesta launches were cancelled, we decided to visit. I'm not a balloon nut, but I learned a lot from this visit. More

I have enjoyed visiting this museum on the several occasions that it has been available to me. Excellent exhibits on ballooning history, especially all of the local history. I would highly recommend this museum for individuals, couples, and families who love balloons More

This museum really does a great job showing the history of ballooning & gliders & blimps. There were some interesting hands on activities that one can do, but most of the what would have been really fun ones involving simulators were ALL nonfunctional. I guess it costs too much to fix those attractions once they break down. Love the gift... More

We more or less just happened up on the place. It's a relatively small museum (we're accustomed to things like the USAF Museum or the Naval Aviation Museum), but it is very well done. It is Smithsonian quality. Be sure to see it. More

First, go on Sundays when it's free if possible. We enjoyed reading the displays to learn more of the history of ballooning. Quite a bit that we never heard about like some of the ways balloons were used in war or how many women were involved in ballooning even years ago. The most fun was some of the more active... More
