Entrance is a combined ticket with the botanical garden. If you have small children, this is a better attraction. However, as adults this is maybe a half-hour feature. The jellyfish tanks are very good and about ten minutes worth of watching them float around. The large shark tank is worth another ten minutes of sitting on the bench and watching.... More

This aquarium is wonderful!! We enjoyed seeing all the Marine life. We happened to be there when they were feeding the fish in the Big Reef tank. The divers went in to the tank while we were there.

We spent the morning at the Albuquerque zoo and then ate lunch at the aquarium. The restaurant there does not require you pay admission and you get a great view of their largest tank. The food is good too. I had a chicken taco salad that was absolutely delicious. Mind you, it's not New Mexican- no red or green chile-... More

The best part is when you are on the lower level and walk through the bottom of the aquarium. Saw plenty of sharks. Draws a lot of kids who can be noisy at times.

The aquarium is built into the botanical gardens, which are excellent so buy the package ticket. If you just do the aquarium and have been to any other aquarium in the country, you will be disappointed. It is well maintained, and clean, but is small. You can get through it in an hour if you take your time and really... More

This was my second time bringing my son here, he was 5yrs old the first time and 13 now. He didn't remember coming here but for a teen he loved it especially the sharks since it happened to be shark week and he had been watching sharks on TV at the hotel and loved seeing them in person. This place... More

We visited this place a couple of years ago. This time we did the garden and the aquarium. It is a good aquarium. We enjoyed the cool air after walking through the garden part in the heat. Didn't take us long to go through it.

This is a perfect sized aquarium for a 4yo. My daughter ran all around back and forth checking out the exhibits over and over again. It was small enough that she wouldn't get lost, but big enough to have some nice exhibits.

We purchased the combo pass for two adults for only $40. We started at the aquarium and loved it. It is very informational. The tanks are beautiful and clean. If I could have, I would have sat and watched the sharks all day.
