We were in Albq. for the balloon festival and stayed an extra day to ride the Rail Runner for a day in Sante Fe. The rail ride is always on time. The trains were clean and neat. The scenery was terrific. And the train lets you out a short walk from downtown Sante Fe including the plaza and Canyon road.... More

it was a piece of cake to get between Albuquerque and Santa Fe on the Rail Runner. It was definitely better than dealing with the traffic on I-25, and brought you right into downtown Santa Fe. The train was quiet, clean and the views out the window were stunning.

Now, we are beginning to introduce our Grandkids to this fun adventure...I'll be taking our oldest (4 years) this week to Santa Fe. We will have lunch at the Depot and "go shopping" for a memory treasure and then ride back to Bernalillo. She... More

Great day trip from Albuquerque to Santa Fe. We walked into downtown Santa Fe for lunch and then relaxed on the ride back. Nice views.

Excellent experience. You must ride this train. Get it to get to visit Santa Fe. You will love it. Inexpensive. No matter if you travel alone, with family or with kids or teens everyone's in your group will enjoy the ride with amazing views. And Santa Fe is a must do visit.

I just road for the experience. I went from Santa Fe to Belen. it was a clean, on schedule train. A double decker. The schedule was very easy to follow with fares clearly displayed. I got a kick out of the polite comments made at each stop for the passengers exiting to watch their step, remember to gather all their belongings,... More

I recently took my first ride on the Rail Runner to Santa Fe. I actually liked the leisure ride to Santa Fe, very convenient to the Plaza and everything with a short walking distance once we got to Santa Fe. The train was clean and the attendants were very friendly. A really nice experience.
