One of the best breweries in Albuquerque

Excellent customer service. The beer was excellent as well. Lots of friendly people. The place gets packed but you can drink a good cold beer while you wait for a seat.

I've been to a lot of breweries in a lot of states, this one was super brew-cute. The decor was exactly what you'd want in a brew pub and exactly what I would do myself if I opened one. I don't drink beer, but my husband brews his own and has tried well over 1000 brews. He rates them all... More

We were just passing through this afternoon and trying a couple of breweries around town and we stopped here at opening time. We had a blast tasting through their selection. Were made to feel very at home by the staff and the regular customers. We will definitely be back next time we find ourselves in the 505.

Stopped to see the source of some really big beers. We welcomed by the tasting room team after interrupting their early morning yoga class. As I attempted a downward facing dog they poured a cold glass of their superb Project Dank which s enough to make me abandon my worldly possessions and move the Albuquerque. My partner enjoyed a well... More

Made first visit to La Cumbre after enjoying many four packs of their celebrated Elevated IPA. Enjoyed a nicely priced happy hour pint (1/3rd less than a Marble Pint) and shared a 12 beer tasting flight with a friend. Intersting selection but tough to go from a hoppy IPA to a hefenwiezen. All in all good experience and will return.... More

Escaping day-after-Christmas shopping, La Cumbre was a natural haven. Lots of dogs (canine variety) with great beer, too many people wanting to talk but with interesting topics.

My husband and I have been to La Cumbre several times and also buy their Elevated IPA in cans regularly. Their beer is just so good! We've tried many different styles but are hop heads so the IPA's and the recent Red Ryeot are our favorites. The Dank IPA was right up there with Elevated but a bit more citrusy.... More

Last night we decided to try a couple of local breweries. There are six less than three miles of our house, and we couldn't cover too many in one night, so acting on a tip from a friend La Cumbre was one of our choices. As soon as you walk in the door you feel the community of the place,... More

Had a great time at La Cumbre's tasting room. 4oz flights made it possible to try everything on tap, and each sample found at least one fan at our table (the RIS was a particular favourite). Their project dank ipa had just received a gold medal, but our sample was the one that kicked the keg and suffered accordingly -... More

If you like hoppy beer, you can't be disappointed. They do hops better than microbrew. Complexity, flavor that'll punch you in the chest, and not a bad beer on the chalkboard. The establishment itself is great and rustic, the way you come to expect with a microbrewery. Be mindful though. Because of their beers' perfection, it's usually VERY crowded and... More
