Now the central theme of an interactive dinner theater murder mystery. This is the very house where Atomic bomb secrets change hands from the US to the Soviet Union, which in turn exposed names such as Rosenberg, Greenglass, Gold, etc. This once a month event is great fun, please check out our web site calendar for availability and additional information. « less

The murder mystery dinner was so much fun and a great time for all of us. The only drawback was the food, which was just okay. Not horrible, but if there's steak on the menu, it might be a good plan to ask guests if they prefer their meat a little more done. Ours were on the rare side, and... More

We really enjoyed this. It was a great evening spent. The food is nothing to write home about but it wasn't bad. The murder mystery was great. The audience is the stage. Plan on making it a yearly thing.

This event was SO MUCH fun, and learning about the history of the house and the spies who lived there really added a "true story" flair to the night. The food and service was FANTASTIC (Thank you Artichoke Cafe!) Steve and Cara, the hosts, clearly love making people feel good and joining in the fun themselves!

What a delightful evening! Lovely space, delicious dinner, fascinating history, and a lot of fun participating in the evening's mystery... My recommendation is to set all inhibitions aside and totally GO FOR IT with the character you are assigned to play. We filled the place with our own party, and everyone was there to have a good time and play... More

This is an unexpected gem in ABQ. I'm a local and I cannot believe I haven't been here before. The meal was fantastic and the experience with a wonder group a friends was fantastic. Recommended for birthdays or even to bring someone from out out town.

The meal was superbly catered in a warm and friendly atmosphere! The mystery is based on the real history of the house and it's occupants during the Cold War. Steve and Kara are wonderful hosts.

Thank you Steve and Kara, for a fun filled night! The Spy House is the perfect setting for a murder mystery; the sound of the wood floors, the decor, the old charm and more importantly it's rich history. You two put a lot of work into it. Every character participated in true form. We ate, we laughed, we drank, we... More

My boyfriend and I spent Valentine's Day at the Spy House and participated in the Murder Mystery Dinner Event. The food was catered by The Artichoke Cafe during the evening, and it was absolutely fantastic. We spent the night at the bed and breakfast next door that Steve and Kara also own, and had a great night. The event itself... More

The rooms are true the websites' description. We stayed in the Rose Room and were not disappointed! We're from Albuquerque and just went for a date night out. We enjoyed the mystery theater. Dinner and Breakfast the next morning was delicious!I would definitely recommend!
