Thanks Roch for a wonderful afternoon! Roch tailored our personal tour of his world to the things we were interested in seeing - flora and fauna at its natural and colourful best, ruins, Petroglyphs and ghost towns from several centuries, and a sunset in New Mexico (twice)! Thanks to several lots of brumbies for making an appearance! Nothing was any... More

Roch, owner of New Mexico Jeep Tours, is an exceptional tour guide. We had a tour scheduled for one of our last days of a two week vacation in Texas and New Mexico. I was skeptical that he could show us anything new. Was I ever wrong! This tour was one of the highlights of our vacation. Thank you so... More

A surprise birthday weekend started with Rock showing up at our rented house with two Jeeps for the five of us. We had a morning long tour of a private 22,000 acre ranch with guides (Rock is the owner of the company) covering the history, geology and natural features of the Valley. Hidden inside of this ranch are ancient artifacts... More

Great experience with Roch, owner of NM Jeep Tours. Roch crafted the tour to what were our desirable things to see and his passion and knowledge of the land and culture just enhanced the experience. To be on this private ranch and see the wild horses, ghost town, petroglyphs, and have the natural beauty and the history behind so much... More

This is a difficult review to write, because it has all been said, so many times. Everything I read about this company is true. No exaggeration about the wild horses, glorious scenery, ghost town, artifacts, petroglyphs. The fact that it is private land somehow makes the day that much more perfect. We were the only ones on the whole 20,000... More

Had a great time with Tom. He was friendly and knowledgable. We brought our 17 month old baby and Tom was great and really accommodating. The location is close, yet worlds away. We loved seeing the petroglyphs and wild horses. Tom stopped and we were able to get really close to these beautiful animals and take pictures. Loved this tour... More

Last week, my husband and I took our second tour with Roch, the owner of NM Private Jeep Tours. As with our first tour in 2010, we were highly impressed. Roch went out of his way to vary the route and sights from our first visit. His passion for and knowledge of the area combined with his engaging personality, go... More

Hands down the best vacation experiences ever. Roch is great and offers a fun and fascinating tour. Whatever you think you'll get out of the tour, you'll get more than you would have thought: New Mexico history, geology, native peoples' history, archaeology, botany, photography, fantastic views in an unspoiled setting... If you are in Albuquerque or Santa Fe, put this... More

Roch, you rock!!! This was one of the coolest experiences we've had as a family. New Mexico Private Jeep Tours has access to one of the most beautiful and unspoiled private nature preserves in New Mexico. The whole property was our private playground. We saw wild horses, amazing petroglyphs, and ghost towns. We had a blast hiking and just driving... More

Back in February 2009 I was visiting New Mexico for the first time, staying in Albuquerque while participating in the annual summit meeting of NANPA (North American Nature Photography Association). During my stay I wanted to spend a day out "in the field" photographing the New Mexico landscape. That's how I first met and discovered Roch Hart of New Mexico... More
