Stopped here on my way through corpus. It was worth a few minutes stop & parking was easy near the memorial! The memorial is well-maintained & you also get a great view of the ocean. Steps nearby to sit on for a little while and take in the moment.

This was a beautiful tribute to Selena it is a shame people are not respectful to her family's wishes and not writing on her memory.

It was better than your average statue. There was an audio loop that kept playing talking about Selena and her contribution to music in her short life. The view from the spot is lovely and breezy and you can walk to a number of restaurants right there, best of all it is free!

This was a very nice tribute to Selena. Easy access and easy parking. It is right by the T-heads and you can walk around the area.

Seeing the life size statute of Selena & listening to the information over the intercom was both informational & interesting. I saw all the visitor's names & location written on the bricks around the monument. It was a bit crowded & it did take a few mins to finally snap a pic, but it was worth the wait.

On 4th of July 2015 we took a stroll down the Shoreline. We enjoyed the Firework show at 9:00 pm, very beautiful out on the waters. Enjoyed the view of The Selena Statue during our stroll down the Shoreline. It was Beautiful night to be out and about.

On a business to Corpus Christi, I walked from the hotel to the Mirador del Flor. I had heard that music and a narrative played at times, but I could not hear anything playing. There were many places for visitors to write memorials to Selena, and the statue of Selena looking out over the water is moving. No parking lot... More

They were filming for an anniversary piece on the local news station of this beautiful statue of Selena. Took pics but can't find any of them :( Worth a trip!
