We visited on a dreary winter day and they were somewhat disorganized because they thought everyone had cancelled that day (obviously we hadn't). They quickly accommodated us and got two horses and a guide ready. We had a great time with the beach almost to ourselves. i loved it!! i am no turist and iv done it about 4 times now. You can do it solo with friend and family young or old. All 4 times were great. Im a horse person so Im thinking about volinteering and when im old enough to be a guide. the staff was not only nice, very instructinal, and good... More

This is a family event. Horses are easy going. It is as stated - Horses on the Beach. We went in the morning, before the heat could set in. Nice way to start the day. I have never considered myself a horse lover but I couldn't help but have an incredible time. This is one experience you shouldn't pass up. Really nice camaraderie provided, loved and well taken care of horses, as well as a beautiful spot tucked away where you ride. More

I took my husband on a ride for Valentine's Day. The guides were excellent, the scenery breathtaking. We have only been on one trail ride before (in South Dakota) and this one was much better. They gave a few riding tips, and I guess the owner is a really sweet guy that takes in horses that owners can't keep anymore.... More

Great for beginners and experienced riders alike - the Horses on the Beach in Corpus Christi are a great time. It is a beautiful ride and the guides are quiet and very willing to take pictures of your group. I would add that you should heed their recommendations - definitely wear some sort of pants - denim probably would work... More
