We took in a Hooks game while visiting from Dallas. Watching the giant ships float by beyond the left field wall and seeing the big bridge beyond center field light up at night made this field much different than what we were accustomed to. We did the "Owner's Experience" for one game. For $75 a ticket you get the best... More

Not even a big baseball fan, but couldn't help but be excited about the georgeous field - perfectly manicured & the ball players - well what more do I have to say. Snacks were great & Whataburger!! Will be back!

So fun to watch a game at a great price. Inexpensive tickets and we went on dollar hot dog night. It was great!

The kids and I try to catch several games a summer at Whataburger Field. Love this ballpark! I've never had a bad seat. The food is good...I'd say better than average ballpark food. Beer is cold. :) When the kids were younger they loved the kids area. Now they actually watch the game with me. Just a note: we've rented... More

If you can - come on $1 dogs and drinks night - much better deal! Buy your tickets online before day of game - they go up $2 per ticket on day of game even when there is PLENTY of seating. If buying online from their Hooks website - don't use the default "Best Available" -- there are plenty of... More

Went to a Hooks game July 4th weekend but not July 4th night when the fireworks were lit on the nearby USS Lexington. Great atmosphere. Easy to park ($5), easy to get tickets ($14 reserved, $6(?) for open), usual food fare inside, and a bunch of friendly folks. Definitely recommend catching a game if in town.

This is a great ballpark for the AA minor league team, the Corpus Christi Hooks. Always a good time there. The seats are comfortable and I don't think there is really a bad seat in the house! You can watch the big ships coming in and out of the Port of Corpus Christi as well. There is a pool for... More

I watched this field being built. It's a great place to watch the Hooks play. You might also see a ship leaving or coming into port. Don't forget to have a Whataburger in the town were they were first served.

We went to a Hooks game again!! It was so much fun. You can't beat the price! The kids luved it.. teens and a 9 yr old. Me and my husband luved it as well. I would recommend going on half price beer nights -if you drink beer. Otherwise the large is $10. Also, all the seats have great views,... More

We love attending Skeeters games (we are from the Houston area), so one of our destinations while in Corpus was to watch a Hooks game. We had a blast with our 10 year old son. The tickets are a great price. Our seats were in a great location. The park was extremely nice and very family friendly. They have a... More
