Kids loved it!

Very nicely appointed playground for my Grandchildren. They did not want to leave. We adults enjoyed the water and the ever present breeze. Great place to take the kids on a hot day.

Lots of tables for parents or adults to sit and supervise. Good areas to read. Small vendors provide snacks if one did not bring some. Plenty of trash cans. Fairly good view of all parts of playground. But try to be where one can observe the back of play area as water is accessible if small children are not monitored.

At Cole Park there is a pier for fishing and also a Play Scape Park for children. Many families go to Cole Park to have a good time.

Just south of the amphitheater there is a lovely stretch of beach... Lots of places to take a leisurely stroll, roller skate, or sit on a park bench taking it all in. Jet skis, paddle boats and a variety of tours available for the adventurous... We opted for free spirit strolls and dips in the ocean. Locals and tourists alike... More

My husband and I recently took our 4 year old granddaughter on an outing to this park. We packed drinks, snacks and her scooter, and we were off. We started by parking above the playground area of the park across the street from the First Baptist Church on Ocean Drive. There is a very nice paved walkway that leads to... More

Located right on Corpus Christi Bay, Cole Park and the outdoor Cole Park Amphitheater have a great view benefitted by cooling breezes. The park itself consists of 43 acres with a large children's playground, picnic tables and a lighted fishing pier. Cole Park has been a great favorite for school field trips. This is where we usually brought the kids... More

Wish they had kept the original structures. Hasn't been as appealing since they changed the playground but still and great place to play and enjoy the great Corpus Christi Bay views

Havent been since they re did it but it was a big and pretty cool playground. Just bring some cheese for the rats to feast on at night. It was pretty infested. Might be better now since they rebuilt
