We paid $2 each to watch other fishing. Nice place to kill some time. However, if you have other things better to do, you do not have to come here :-)

Liked it better in the old days when it was the huge wooden pier but nice non the less. Sometimes to many people to get a good spot to fish. If you wantto pay to fish on a crowded pier, this is it. Don't get me wrong I love to fish but to relax not to be elbow to elbow... More

We wanted to just take our kids down the pier to look out over the Gulf but it cost to even do that! So the kids were a bit upset

OK, it was really small but it was a shark. I got to look at it closely and that was a pretty cool experience. Out at the end of the pier it was amazing how many jellyfish were floating around out there. The water was thick with them.

Lots of fishermen, catching Sheepshead, Pompano, etc. but you must have a fishing license, which I did not have. It was free to use as it was undergoing renovation.

Worth a side trip for the view and the lovely surrounding park. There are places to sit and watch the waves roll in, and we saw people fishing off the end of the pier.

Read some reviews about being able to sunbathe nude in the area so I decided to go on this adventure. Bob Hall Pier Park is pretty relaxed and the pier is impossible to miss once you arrive in the park. If you're looking for complete seclusion, and have 4 Wheel Drive on a bad day, or just a vehicle on... More

The pier was closed on a sunny and calm water day. We were unable to figure out why or when it would be open to walk out on. There are restrooms and a place to eat on the pier.
