We really enjoy this aquarium. The otters are so cute and they have a few dolphins. The splash pad is a nice addition for the kids to burn off some energy. They have some birds, snakes and spiders. The place is nicely laid out with 2 main parts to see.

This is the go-to place whenever our children, with the grandchildren, come to visit. Not one person we have taken has ever been disappointed, even if it rained.

Incredable customer service. They have great shows. They employ some older employees and the ones we met did a really good job. It would be good if they could have a stool to sit on occassionally. I think it would be hard to stand for a full shift. I highly recommend seeing all the animals.

As an animal lover, this was a great trip. The animals kept a smile on my face. They seem to be very happy and dwellings look very clean and well kept.

Surprisingly, the aquarium in Dallas beats this one on scale and price. I feel that $45 for two adults (includes parking) is a bit much for this attraction. If you want to get the most out of your visit, find out what the show schedules are and time your arrival to where you can catch both the birds of prey... More

The price was a bit high (I'm very thankful my son is young enough to get in free!) but the displays were awesome and I absolutely LOVED the jellyfish areas! Son loved the dolphins, especially the room that is alongside the tank so you could see them swimming by. I didn't realize the water park was included in the price... More

We have been to several aquariums including Chicago's Shedd Aquarium. The Texas State Aquarium is a great small aquarium and well worth the visit. As others have said it is a little pricey. That aside we really enjoyed the exhibits and shows. The are many hands on exhibits which are great for people of all ages. There is also an... More
