Been there several times in the past and really enjoyed it. Took our grandsons there in February and were disappointed in the lack of exhibits. The dolphin exhibit was closed. In fairness, to the Aquarium staff, we were advised of the lack of dolphins, when we arrived. However, the Shark exhibits were also closed and this we were not made... More

This is medium sized aquarium, with some hands on areas for kids, and a few large tanks. It is pretty dark, even in areas like the hermit crab tidepools, which in nature are out in full sun. Some animals are rescues, but it isn't clear that all are. The fun things- watching river otters swim around. They are alert and... More

We have visited here several times through the years. This time we were pleasantly surprised to see that the facility is starting a major expansion. As a grownup kid I love the ponds where I can gently touch lots of different critters. Signage is being improved throughout the exhibits. I love the surreal jellyfish. Shows are well presented.

Since we live only two hours away from Corpus, my wife and I surprised the kids with a weekend getaway. Like many others have stated, the aquarium is under construction, but still has a lot to offer. They do offer a discount on ticket prices at the moment. Over all, a great attraction with much to do for people of... More

Exhibits were interesting, with diverse aquatic life. The setting of the Aquarium was beautiful with an overlook of the Bay and the U.S.S. Galveston. Lots of photo ops and very educational. Reasonably priced as well.

We've been to several aquariums and this is one was one of the best. Definitely worth the visit and you can spend a good amount of time there so, well worth the price.

Went here for a day trip just to get kids out of the house during spring break. It was cloudy and breezy. The dolphins are not here to give way for a new attraction being constructed on its site. However, the remaining ones are good enough to capture the kids' attention and learn at the same time. I know they... More

Great place to spend a few hours with your kids. Alligators, bald eagle, snake exhibits, dolphins, sea turtles, jelly fish, and tons of science and marine life facts. Don't forget the otter exhibit and pet a sting Ray areas.

The aquarium here is amazing, you can do everything from find the different types of fish to petting sharks. My niece and nephew loved it, right now it's under construction so the dolphin show is cancelled until construction is complete, which totally sucks, but you can still listen to the talk about the Dolphins which is educational. All in all,... More
