Nice place to visit

Nice place to visit. Lots of resturants put on the priceier side. Some nices shops. Shuttle bus to Metro and near an outlet mall that is being built

Several very good restaurants from which to select. Nice setting, but most of us have to travel the beltway to get there...

Restaurants were overpriced and the food was disappointing. The harbor is attractive but that's about it. Metro ride into DC took forever and the air quality was poor. Would not visit here again.

With some regularity we leave Virginia for Maryland via the Wilson Bridge. When the ferris wheel was installed, we resolved to visit National Harbor and did so on a week day in late January. We deliberately picked the time of year to avoid crowds and long lines to board The Capital Wheel. This is a good place for walking around,... More

The amount of things to do with kids is limited but we had fun anyway. The Farris wheel was a lot of fun and the view from the top was great. The Peeps store was a fun surprise and the kids loved it. There are lots of stores to check out and lots of restaurants to try.

My wife and I visit National Harbor several times a year to use our Wyndham Vacation Resorts timeshare. We've enjoyed seeing the area develop as new restaurants and shops are added. There are several restaurants we particularly enjoy that I have previously reviewed. National Harbor is relatively new and is located on the Potomac River across the river from Alexandria.... More

We liked the harbor and the Ferris wheel. There is no ice skating rink or other things to do outdoors.

Nice place to walk around. We were here for the Holidays and the xmas tree on display was beautiful. There are some restaurants, some shopping. There is also an enclosed Ferris wheel along with a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and hot chocolate to keep you warm. There are several hotels in the area. The Gaylord may be worth a... More
