As a visitor this place is just OK. It's nice and all but all chain stores; nothing local or unique. I'd snack dab in the middle of town so it's probably great for the local folks but one or two laps later you'll be looking for something else to do.

A nice mall just south of Temple Square in Salt Lake City. Had the LDS Bookstore (Deseret Book) and gift shop along with many other outlets including upscale shops and department stores. The mall itself contains some very nice fountains and a small stream. Its open air and was a nice place to stop after visiting Temple Square.

It's a very nice relaxing area for food and shopping! You can grab a coffee or drink to sit along the artificial fountain in the shade to enjoy a good afternoon. You can go to pizza studio for a small pizza; or you can go to cheesecake factory to get a great dessert. The securities are very nice. They would... More

Nice large outdoor mall. Very clean and had many many stores. Enjoyed the weather and people watching as much as anything.

We first liked the parking. Its easy to park in the underground parking location and be close to the area of the mall one wants to go to. We did some shopping and enjoyed particularly the toy store. We also dined at two restaurants here - one being the Cheesecake Factory as it was open late and other other being... More

I love the way this shopping mall is setup. There are enclosed and open-air sections with fountains and interesting architecture. This is a gem of a downtown mall. I only gave it four stars because it is a bit on the small side. If it could expand a bit more, I'd give it give stars.

I grew up in Atlanta - this reminds of shopping downtown as a kid - I live in Orlando now and our downtown has nothing like this - great shops convenient and helpful

City Creek is right in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. Within walking distance of hotels, convention center and many other attractions. As it's name implies, City Creek has a beautiful relaxing creek running through the middle of the plaza. A roof that can close to offer a comfortable shopping experience during bad weather. There is a food court... More
