I went to Fear Factory on Halloween night with a group of friends......it was AWESOME! The atmosphere at this place was amazing!!! We went on a blackout night, so we didn't get to see as much as we would have liked...so we definatley will be back next year to see more. We loved the clowns at the end...after chasing us... More

I went to this haunted attraction again this year and I was seriously blown away! In fact, I liked it enough that I returned for their blackout event. I was impressed with the overall length, and it seems like they were trying to scare me at every corner. Whoever gave all the negative reviews on here I'm under the impression... More

First off, fear factory is not scary. Not only are clueless teenagers "working" the haunt but the employees there are continuously not on the same page. This includes everyone from the bottom, to management, to the owners. The entire time that we were there was an extremely large communication gap between their different departments. Second, I would like to put... More

This was a very unfortunate incident that occurred and we did everything we could to make it work for everyone involved. This was not a customer but rather an experience with a local dance group called Avidity dance company of which the reviewer is associated with. Avidity contacted Fear Factory early in the season about performing at the factory and... More

My friends and I go to fear factory every single year sense it open, and it has never changed in fact it's decaying underneath them. Their slogan "abandoned for a reason" is actually telling you the truth about there place! The people that run this Haunted House do not care about it any more. They have tons of actors and... More

Went to the Fear Factory the other night, had fun, the sets were great, but some of the actors had a hard time staying in character, and there were a lot of repeat scares like the actors would work one room, go to another room and not know what to say or how to work the set in their favor.... I've been wanting to go to this haunted house for the last couple of years and heard lots about it. I am a lover of Halloween, haunted houses and anything scary. I was extremely disappointed in this haunted house. The venue was amazing, the setting was super cool and creepy, but they really need to work on the scary factor.... More

Ive been to a lot of haunted houses and none of them were by far this bad. I'm glad I found a deal on it because i would have been even more upset if I spent the whole amount. Groups were right up on each other and it wasnt scary at all. Most of the time i know its not... More

Having visited Fear Factory a number of times over the years, we were impressed at the additions and improvements that had been made for this season. They have swapped out the old, gothic-style gates in favor of a much more fitting, steam-punk style archway, making the entrance almost unrecognizable. After we made our way to the will-call desk, we grabbed... More

I was surprised to see a lot of negative reviews. We went on June 14, 2014 and it was great. Not too crowded and lots of fun. Most of the review for this attraction bring up that there wasn't enough scares and that the actors were terrible. News flash, all haunted house actors are terrible. You can't judge a haunted...
