Love this better than zoo

Personally love this place more than the zoo. Maybe because it is closer to my place. It is well maintained, easy walk, and the birds are all in good condition.

A wonderful collection of birds, but a bit depressing to seem some magnificent specimens in cages. Many were injured and could not have survived in the wild, but still has a certain sadness to see where they will spend their days. Kids love it, and our kids learned a lot going here and will still say it is one of... More

So many different, beautiful birds; a delight whether young or older. A great place to educate everyone on the variety and necessity of birds.

Would be a higher rating if prices were a bit lower. it's a cool place but not a lot of bang for you buck. There is a cool geocache in the park from reading Rainbow. hey have made lots of improvements but still not great value

This is a really special place in the midst of a huge, beautiful park. It is like a high-end zoo in that a lot of effort is made to create natural-like habitats, especially for the bigger birds. There are some shows in which trained birds perform but the emphasis is on nature and creating appreciation for the need to preserve... More

Beautiful park, well used on a Saturday. The aviary is well laid out, and the variety of birds diverse. We talked with a keeper in the wetlands exhibit. She knew the birds well and was interesting. Some of the birds are rescues, and others are part of a breeding program. Beautiful spot and wonderful birds!

An interesting collection of birds in an inviting setting. The well groomed gardens around the cages are a plus. They are especially beautiful in the spring.

Beautiful paths and gardens to walk through while looking at the birds. Children love feeding the birds. The tours are excellent and the shows fun.

Some really cool birds here to see, I really wish they had a few more variety but we loved the open feeling here and the kids had a lot of fun... Very clean and friendly staff>>>

Tracy Aviary is a part of the huge Liberty Park. There is a fee of approximately $7.00. The beautiful trees, flowers, shrubbery, and water areas enhance the bird exhibits. Birds from many areas of the world live in natural habitats. Many of these birds have been rescued and now are well-taken care of. The caretakers are very informative, and there... More
