I called Skywalker Balloon Company about 2 weeks ago to book a surprise balloon ride for my mom's 70th birthday. The website nor the person I booked the tour with said anything about tour minimums or that the the tour could be cancelled if a minimum wasn't met. He made sure I understood there was a 24 hour cancellation period...

We did our very first hot air ballon ride! We had a wonderful, exciting, safe, interesting beautiful adventure with Willy and Charlotte and four other passengers. We met early and drove to the launch site. Watched the entire set up process as the sun came over the mountains. Then a quick climb into the big basket and we were off....
