Fun at the Zoo

Lots to do and see and the price was pretty good. Finding parking was kinda a pain. The little train ride was a lot of fun as well.

Nice Zoo It has made a lot of improvements from the last time I was there. Grandkids loved the Dinosaur animation this year at the Zoo. shade and benches throughout the zoo was nice. train was fun but wished it was longer, it was $2 a person no matter how old. food is pricey but good you can also bring... They are doing a really good job of providing animals with natural looking enclosures, having a variety of attractions to appeal to people of all ages, tasty food and more

I left Hogle Zoo with mixed feelings. Being a zoo keeper myself, I probably look at enclosures and the animals living there from a different perspective than other visitors might. On the one hand, this zoo has great modern enclosures; for example the savannah with giraffes, zebras, ostriches and more or the outdoor enclosures of the great apes and the... More

We love Hogle Zoo. The variety of animals is great and they are well cared for. the first time I went was as a child and the Liger was on display.

This is the best overall zoo I have ever been too. I expected the zoo in Columbus, Ohio to be a lot better. But I got spoiled by this zoo. It is actually better than the zoo in Columbus, Ohio. This zoo is best viewed on a cool day. Be ready to walk up and down some pathways.

Stopped by for a few hours. There is a nice variety of animals from all over the globe. There was some construction going on, but most animals were on exhibit. The bird show was cool to see. The zoo is not too big, so it can be walked easily by most people. Worth a visit.

I grew up going to the Hogle Zoo. When I take my children now, they can enjoy some of what I recall as a child. Mostly, they gain a better experience with better enclosures and exhibits to see and learn about the animals. It is a good mini-day trip. It takes about 2 1/2 to 3 hours to see the... More

Nice zoo, not large, but compact with a nice variety of wildlife. Bird show was short but entertaining. Elephant show was really the best part.

I visited the Hogle Zoo with my family on 08/07/2015. For the four of us I paid $47.80 after a coupon was applied. The park was average. They had elephants, giraffes, male lions.. etc.. They also had animatronic dinosaurs which was kind of nice to look at. There is a train ride and a carousel both for 2.00 a person.... More
