We always enjoy the wonderful trip to PA on the MV Coho. We have traveled this way since 2008, especially if we are bound for Olympia, PA or mainland BC.

We went up to Canada to see the beautiful Butchart Gardens. What a gorgeous place with flowers everywhere. We took a tour bus if you do that, you get a lot of history On Victoria and also the Butchart family.

We traveled on other ferries that were nicer but this one was decent. Wish they had a few more amenties on board.

We have traveled regularly on this ship over many years and at least twice a year for the last 30. There is only one ship even though they call it a line. The biggest improvement is that in the last couple of years they accept reservations. Vastly improving former policies where you had to arrive hours in advance and often... More

about 35 years ago we took this ferry to Victoria - it is as good as ever. But I was sure glad we made reservation since there were so many RV's, huge trucks, delivery vans as well as the usual assortment of oversized passenger cars

We took the ferry to Victoria from Port Angeles. Loading and unloading was efficient and the ride was enjoyable on the bright, sunny day. Lots of good seats for indoor viewing. The outside deck is brisk. Much to see as you come into the harbor in Victoria. Dock is right in the center of town with easy access to all... More

Having never traveled on a car ferry, my wife and I were unsure of what to expect. It was awsesome. The engineer in her was impressed by the incredible efficiency and precision in the car loading and unloading process. Pleasant trip.

I find it funny to read some of the comments. Not so great comments seem to always be made by people who never ride ferries. No drink service - no s%$t - it's a car ferry - where you DRIVE your car on and off! Although, the Coho has now started to offer alcoholic beverage - I don't agree with... More

I had a wonderful time to and from victoria. It was my first time for everything, meaning Port Angeles, Squim, the blackball ferry and Canada. It was Labor day weekend and me and my two friends went and had like I said a WONDERFUL TIME. I highly recommend it.

Went to Victoria and back from Port Angeles. I made reservations because it was summer. You pay extra for that. It holds the space so when you get in line with your car, you give your name and then pay for the ticket at that time. Organized team of folks guiding vehicles in and out of ferry. Safety seemed to... More
