Such a wonderful surprise. The woods around the Fine Art Center are filled with art, some of it hidden, some of it obvious, all of it engaging and amazing. After about an hour of looking around, we noticed that were were seeing the natural aspects of the woods differently and trying to relate the pieces of art to each other.... More

If you like art and being in the woods, this is the place for you. It was so much fun finding the art pieces among the trees and foliage. Some pieces stuck out because of their vibrant colors but most blended in so well that that they weren't as noticeable unless you were looking for them. We will definitely go... More

This venue is one of a kind. A great place to discover sculpture and do a little hiking at the same time.

What is unique about this particular art center is it's outdoor component. Visitors may walk through an on-site trail and view art embedded in trees and elsewhere. It's especially fun for kids.

Not wheelchair accessible. We were able to go into the gallery and saw some of the artwork. Nice. The outdoor trail was hilly and gravelly, unsuitable for our transport chair. The few sculptures we saw were impressive and fun art.

It's a tiny little gallery in what was once a city founder's home. Ok, not city founder. Newspaper founder, and very cool woman. The house and grounds feel wild and cozy at the same time. Go for the outside art walk. Kids who've been cooped up can roam the woods, discovering art installations and interesting views. The meadow is a... More

We have visited the PAFAC three times in the last month bringing friends and out-of-town family to see the outdoor art exhibits around the center. There is always something new to see. If there is a debit, it is that the trail is for adults and children who have no problem walking on moderate slopes. Our three year old grandbabe... More

Had been here several years ago and had to find it again. An art exhibit in the wild, every where you look, on the ground or hidden in the trees, it was a different experience. My teenage granddaughter was very impressed. We went twice before leaving Port Angeles. I only saw one repeat from my last visit. Each time I... More

I swung through Port Angeles on my way back to Seattle. After driving through downtown for Twilight purposes, I stopped by the Fine Arts Center. Small inside, with only about two rooms. However, the outside is a sculpture garden which winds through various trails with hidden surprises around the bends. It's free and a creative way to display art. The... More

I live here in Port Angeles and love Webster's Woods (the outdoor display) and the Fine Art Center. Rotating displays both inside and out and it is always a fun trip with new things to discover!
